Security

We have taken extensive measures to prioritise the security of your personal information, especially when it comes to online transactions. To ensure the utmost protection, we have implemented robust security measures throughout our systems and processes.

We utilise secure servers and employ industry-standard data encryption protocols whenever we receive or transfer your information online. This encryption helps safeguard your details, including sensitive data, financial information, and any other personally identifiable information you provide during our checkout process.

However, while we take every precaution to protect your personal information, it is important to note that no method of data transmission or storage is entirely foolproof. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information that you submit to us. We encourage you to remain vigilant and take appropriate measures to protect your own information when using our services.

When it comes to credit card transactions, we prioritize the highest level of security. We have integrated with Windcave, a trusted and industry-leading payment gateway, to handle all credit card transactions. Windcave works in conjunction with banks that adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, ensuring a secure and compliant environment for processing your payments.

Importantly, we want to assure you that no credit card data is ever stored on our servers. This approach eliminates the risk associated with storing sensitive payment information and provides an additional layer of protection for your financial data.
