Do you sell gift vouchers or gift cards?
Yes, we sell e-gift cards.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a one year manufacturers warranty.
How does your 365-day returns policy work?
If your order arrives and you are not 100% happy you have 365 days to return the items to us. Provided they are in as new condition you will receive a full refund, minus the delivery cost. We are happy to arrange to have the items collected from you. Just fill out the returns form.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders placed before 11am will be processed and dispatched that day. Orders placed after 11am, and on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched the following business day. Once orders are dispatched they take 1-3 days to reach the main centres, and 2-4 days to reach everywhere else in the country. But this can sometimes vary due to factors outside Zuca’s control.
Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
Currently we do not, but please do email us with any queries at sales@zuca.co.nz
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, but in transit, the product page will display an estimated arrival date. You can sign up to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock.
Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery?
Our carrier requires a signature as proof of receipt, however, if you know you will not be home you can grant us the authority to leave the items without a signature. Simply check this option at checkout and write where you would like your items left in the comments field.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags?
No, for security reasons we only ship to a physical residential or business addresses.
Do you ship to rural addresses?
Yes, we do deliver to rural addresses but these will incur a rural/delivery surcharge. This will applied to your cart at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
The delivery fee depends on the type of product you are purchasing (in particular, the size and weight of an item). If you are purchasing multiple items you will just pay one delivery fee per address. For a full breakdown of the different delivery fees please check out our deliveries page.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, by selecting Click & Collect at the checkout you can save the delivery fee. Our showroom is open for collections Monday to Friday between 9:00am—4:00pm.
How secure are my credit card details if I use them online with Zuca?
Shopping at zuca.co.nz is safe. Our site is protected by SSL, so all browsing and communication is encrypted. We use Windcave to integrate to the banks, who are PCI compliant and secure. Additionally, no credit card data is stored on our servers.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Debit and Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), or you can spread your payments by using Afterpay
Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
Yes, we have a showroom in Wellington. It is located at Unit 3-4 / 18 Northpoint Street, Plimmerton, Porirua 5026, Wellington. Our showroom hours are Monday to Friday between 9:00am—4:00pm.
